2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be approved only if:

The product has a verified manufacturing defect
The wrong item was shipped
The return meets all requirements outlined in our Return Policy

All refund requests are subject to inspection and approval.

3. Non-Eligible Refunds

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

Used or opened products
Items with signs of use, residue, or wear
Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
Damaged, dented, or torn packaging
Customer-caused damage (drops, misuse, improper handling)
Clearance or final sale items

A damaged box alone does not qualify for a refund.

4. Inspection Requirement

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

Refunds are only issued if the product meets all return and defect criteria.

If a product does not meet these requirements:

The refund will be denied
The item may be returned to the customer at their expense

All determinations are made at the sole discretion of Riddles Tech.

5. Refund Method & Timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
Processing time is 5–10 business days after approval

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Payment processing fees may also be non-refundable where permitted by law.

6. Partial Refunds

Riddles Tech reserves the right to issue partial refunds if:

The item is not in original condition
Components, accessories, or packaging are missing

7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:
A manufacturing defect is confirmed
The wrong item was shipped
Shipping costs are non-refundable

8. Denied Refunds

Refunds may be denied if:

The item does not meet return policy requirements
The issue is determined to be user-caused
The request is submitted outside the required timeframe

9. Abuse & Fraud Protection

We reserve the right to:

Deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse or excessive returns
Refuse service to customers engaging in fraudulent activity
Dispute chargebacks with proof of delivery and policy agreement

10. Reporting Issues

All issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Requests must include:

Order number
Clear photo or video evidence of the issue

Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible for refund.
