Riddles Tech – Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

2. Definition of Damage (Strict Policy)

For all returns and claims:

“Damage” refers only to manufacturing defects that affect the functionality of the product.

This includes:

Devices that do not function out of the box
Internal or mechanical failure due to manufacturing
Missing or improperly assembled components

Damage does not include:

Damaged, dented, or torn packaging or boxes
Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
Damage caused after delivery
Any signs of use, including residue, wear, or burn marks

A damaged box alone does not qualify for a return or refund.

3. Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

The product has a verified manufacturing defect
The wrong item was shipped
The item is unused, unopened, and in resellable condition (change-of-mind return)

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

Used products
Opened items
Items with any signs of use
Products returned due to packaging damage only
Clearance or final sale items
Products without original packaging

5. Defective Claims (Manufacturing Only)

If you believe your item is defective:

You must report the issue within 72 hours of delivery
You must provide:
Order number
Clear photos or video showing the issue

All claims are reviewed and verified.

If the issue is not a manufacturing defect, the claim will be denied.

6. Return Authorization (RMA Required)

All returns must be approved before being shipped.

Process:

Submit a return request through our support portal
Wait for approval and return instructions
Ship the item only after receiving authorization

Returns sent without approval may be refused.

7. Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:
A manufacturing defect is confirmed
The wrong item was shipped
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.

9. Refunds
Refunds are issued after inspection and approval
Processing time is 5–10 business days
Refunds are returned to the original payment method

If a returned item does not meet the policy requirements, no refund will be issued. The item can be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

10. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

Customers must return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

11. Wholesale Orders

All wholesale or bulk orders are final unless the product is manufacturing defective or incorrect.

Issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery
No returns are accepted on opened or partially used cases

12. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately after placing it.

13. Abuse & Chargebacks

We reserve the right to:

Deny returns that do not meet this policy
Reject claims involving misuse or repeated abuse
Dispute chargebacks with proof of delivery and policy agreement

14. Policy Agreement

By placing an order with Riddles Tech, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
