All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
## 2. Processing Time
- **Standard Processing:** Orders are usually processed within 24-48 business hours.
- **Weekend/Holidays:** Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- **Verification:** High-value orders may require additional ID verification, which may delay processing.
## 3. Shipping Methods & Discreet Packaging
We understand the need for privacy.
- **Discreet Packaging:** All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or padded envelopes. The return address will typically display "RT Fulfillment" or a similar neutral name, explicitly avoiding terms like "smoke", "vape", or "glass".
- **Carriers:** We primarily use USPS, UPS, and DHL.
## 4. Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
- **Standard Ground:** 3-5 Business Days
- **Expedited:** 1-3 Business Days
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
## 5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
## 6. Damaged or Lost Items in Transit
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at
- **Lost Packages:** If your tracking says "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
## 7. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Please note that you strictly are responsible for knowing the laws within your country. We are not responsible for packages seized by customs. You are also responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
## 8. Returns
Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information about returns and exchanges. Generally, we accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
